Create an inviting pedestrian and social experience to the residents of this low-density bayfront community. Develop boardwalk promenade like to link existing poolscape to propose south side entertaining decks. Dwellings’ private deck, raised planters with built-in cantilever benches; “Gathering Garden”, and floating dock for watersport enthusiasts are some of the key design elements incorporate in this design concept program. Unbuilt project.

Ocean Reef Islands / Panama City

Panamá

Contemporary low rise multi-family residence to be located in one of the newest upcoming and most luxurious multi-residential project on Punta Pacifica Islands in Panama City [Ocean Reef Islands]. Preliminary design ideas studies encompasses poolscape area with wet loungers, built-in planters flank segmented pool vanishing edge, multi levels hardwood deck/terraces, and intimate seating pods. Modern landscape planting scheme to suit architecture and site environment subtly lit at dusk. Roof plunge pools/garden (not shown). Project in collaboration with Sarco Architects.

Paget Parish / Bermuda

An Elbow Beach Properties Ltd. of 15 acres of premier residential estate community adjacent to renowned Elbow beach Hotel. Project in collaboration with David Yuhasz Architect. Provide concept landscape master plan, partial site design to design development and construction documents. Project management and implementation by others. Phase 1 of 4 completed in 2006.
