Modest renovated home with splendid views to Naples bay. Design concept evokes a minimalist Miami style outdoor living. Exterior site features include vanishing edge swimming pool flanked by fire pits, reflecting raised zero-edge spa with privacy shear descent mural; boardwalk/dock, selected subtropical and tropical plant palette to suit settings. Concept design in 2011. Project partially installed in 2012.

Lakoya / Lely Resort / Naples / Florida

Thoughtful and artfully articulated… The garden displays an unique contemporary plant palette selections while complementing existing Mediterranean architecture. Flagstone pathway inlaid with Mexican beach pebbles bleeds into adjacent planting bed. Hand selected oversize pebbles are use to contrast patterns and forms. Privacy screen of Podocarpus macrophyllus setting-off the linear backdrop where three weathered slate color cast stone planters emerge from the mass planting of Dianella tasmanica. Potted specimen of Aechmea mulfordi ‘Malva’ gracefully accent garden ambiance.
