2023 coastal residential renovation completed while working for RSW. The project transformed an existing wood-frame Florida stilt home with a multi-level deck and balcony system connecting the upper living spaces to a renovated pool area below. The design incorporated an outdoor kitchen, lounge spaces, fire pit, and orchid displays to enhance the tropical indoor-outdoor living experience along the coastline.

The Estates at Bay Colony Golf Club, Naples / Florida

Exterior residential enhancement focused on elevating the outdoor environment through refined landscape and architectural interventions. Developed in 2020 for CDG, the project explored multiple concept schemes featuring a redesigned pool, pool terrace with grass inlays, an intimate covered infinity-edge spa connected to the master bedroom garden, sculptural water features, and immersive tropical landscaping. The design emphasized atmosphere, spatial flow, and the integration of luxury outdoor living elements to create a cohesive and experiential exterior transformation.

An exquiste architectural residence designed by MJL Architect, featuring 12,730 sq. ft. of interior living space framed by a monochromatic exterior garden composition. Served as project design consultant for ILA, contributing to the integration of architecture and landscape elements. Project implemented in 2008.

“Overlook” combines the elegance of traditional Bermudian architecture with the serenity of Asian minimalism. Positioned atop the prestigious Knapton Hill area, the property enjoys breathtaking island vistas and sits on over half an acre of lush gardens and preserved natural landscape.

Little Harbor / Naples / Florida

Overlooking Naples Bay, this renovated residence was reimagined with a sophisticated outdoor living experience inspired by the understated elegance of modern Miami design. The landscape architecture balances minimalist forms with dramatic waterfront amenities, creating a refined yet relaxed coastal retreat.

The design features a vanishing-edge pool flanked by fire elements, a raised zero-edge spa with a privacy wall and sheer-descent water feature, an integrated boardwalk and dock, and a lush subtropical planting palette tailored to the site's waterfront character. Concept design completed in 2011, with partial installation undertaken in 2012.

Grand Cayman / Cayman Islands / BWI

This contemporary interpretation of the traditional Jamaican Great House embraces a generous inside-out living philosophy, creating fluid connections between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. An intensive "Liquiscape" design integrates water as a central organizing feature, enhancing both the architecture and the sensory experience of the site. Landscape architectural design concept completed in collaboration with DCL.

Pine Ridge Estate / North Naples Florida

A grand 15,000-square-foot residence enhanced by an elegant and understated landscape composition tailored to the client's lifestyle and aesthetic goals. The project involved comprehensive conceptual design of the exterior spaces in 2014, followed by implementation by others in 2015.

Mediterra / Naples / Florida

A comprehensive landscape renovation reimagined the property as a richly layered transitional garden. Organized around the existing pool, a sequence of axial garden vistas and outdoor spaces creates visual depth, structure, and a seamless connection between architecture and landscape. Designed and built in 2016 in collaboration with VL.

Lakoya / Lely Resort / Naples / Florida

A carefully curated composition of plants, materials, and sculptural elements creates a contemporary garden that harmonizes beautifully with the home's Mediterranean architecture. Flagstone paving accented with Mexican beach pebbles extends organically into the surrounding planting beds, blurring the boundary between built and natural elements.

The landscape is defined by a sophisticated interplay of texture and form, featuring hand-selected oversized Mexican beach pebbles, a refined Podocarpus macrophyllus privacy screen, and weathered slate-colored cast stone planters emerging from sweeping masses of Dianella tasmanica. Elegant specimens of Aechmea mulfordi 'Malva' provide distinctive focal points and seasonal interest throughout the garden.

Design, 3D visualization, and on-site project management were provided, with landscape implementation completed in collaboration with BVL in 2015.
