Landscape design features include a spa that spills into the existing pool, with linear planting beds reinforcing a transitional style. A dedicated lounge area is positioned adjacent to the pool, while uplighting at louvered square planters softens the scale of the thirteen-foot columns. A retractable awning provides shade along the master bedroom façade, complemented by curated contemporary outdoor furniture and a decorative grill panel to enhance the overall ambiance. Design, implementation, and project management completed for CDG from 2018-2019.

Designed a casual, intimate entertaining space featuring a tiki hut and lounge area at the corner of the property, oriented to capture views of the pool. Project was partially implemented by others in 2017.

This project transforms a residential backyard into a functional and inviting outdoor living space featuring a dining area, a water feature, and a shaded lounge zone. Lush landscaping and raised planters provide privacy and soften the modern hardscape, while a dedicated play area ensures family-friendly use.
